Signing up asks for an email, a password and your practice name. Billing details are the last step of setup and stay optional until the trial ends.
After 14 days
Pick a plan and carry on, or the practice goes read-only - you can still open and export everything, you just can't add to it. Nothing is deleted. Need longer to evaluate? Ask us and we'll extend the trial.
Cancel anytime
There is no lock-in and nothing to cancel during the trial. Paid plans are month-to-month with no notice period.
Your patient data stays yours. OmniCore-AI is POPIA compliant: we process it as your operator, stored in AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland) and encrypted in transit and at rest. See Trust & security and the Operator Agreement.
